— The Isagenix Breakfast Shake
Using just a few simple ingredients and a blender, anyone can enjoy a fast, healthy breakfast each morning. In addition to being quick and easy to prepare, this tasty shake also boasts a variety of nutrients thanks to:
✓ A variety of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and fibre from the berries
✓ A high dose of Vitamin C from the kiwi
✓ 24 grams of high quality protein from the soy-free, gluten-free, low GI IsaLean shake
✓ Healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals from the avocado
✓ Digestive enzymes from the IsaLean shake to help aid in the digestion process (to ensure the potency of these active enzymes, it is recommended to consume the shake within 15 minutes)
— Shake Ingredients:
✓ Approximately 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries (Brad uses a blend of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries) 🍓
✓ 1 Sachet Vanilla Isagenix IsaLean Shake (or 2 full scoops of shake mix if you purchase a canister) 🥤
✓ 1 chopped kiwi fruit 🥝
✓ About 1/2 a small avocado or 1/3 if you are using a larger avocado (while it is neutral in terms of flavour, avocado adds an indulgent creaminess to the shake) 🥑
✓ A small handful of chopped spinach 🥬
✓ Approximately 1/2 cup of water (Generally, you can start with 1/2 cup and increase as needed until you reach the desired consistency. For a richer, thicker shake, use less water. If you prefer a thinner, smoother shake, use more water.) 💦
Blend until creamy, smooth, and thoroughly mixed. Enjoy!
