My favorite thing to do after each workout is make my Isagenix Protein shake. I use IsaLean and IsaPro mixed together with one banana, 4 oz ice, 8 oz water and a tsp of all natural peanut butter (or cashew or almond butter) blend in the blender and I’m set for the 3 hours. Filling your body with protein and enzymes to absorb that protein helps the body release unwanted fat and build muscle. Isa is my go to be use it had ZERO artificial sweeteners.
