Recipe (serving 18-20)

2 scoops of Herbalife PDM
2 scoops of Herbalife MR
1 cup of granola (or oatmeal)
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons honey (use more if its a bit dry)
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 mini dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

wet hands and roll into balls (maybe 1″ diameter)
refrigerate for 1 hour until set
eat within 1 week or freeze in sealed container up to one month
120 calories for 3 & 10 grams of protein (approx.)
