Banana Caramel Muffins
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup of almond flour or oats
2 scoops of vanilla PDM
2 scoops of banana caramel formula 1 (healthy meal)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of baking soda
toppings of my choice
-walnuts (taste like Starbucks banana nut bread)
spray pan with non stick coconut oil
preheat oven to 400 degrees
cook for 15-25 mins
