One way to lose weight without exercise is cutting out all the junk food. A quick and easy way to do this is to replace a meal or 2 with a meal replacement Herbalife shake.
Dont get tied up in all the other stuff the sales rep will try and push onto you, just get the Formula 1 and drop 2 x15ml scoops in a shake like I did. I do a lot of weight training so I often put 2 scoops of vegan protein in too. This thickens it a bit more and makes you feel fuller for longer.
Find someone who sells it in your area and try it. As I said before dont fall for their pushy sales tactics.
Have one for breakfast and lunch for a few weeks and see how you get on.
