This clip shows how to prepare a Herbalife Shake with the help of a regular Herbalife shaker. For preparation we need Formula 1 meal replacement shake mix, Protein Drink Mix (also from Herbalife) and water. If you don’t have PDM you can use any plant based milk instead the PDM mix ( soy, almond, coconut, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, pecan, pistachio, walnut or rice milk). In a very short time you can prepare a shake that contains all the nutrients needed for a healthy meal. Also, you can put in the shake only the necessary doses of powder, without adding water, and when you want to prepare it, just add water, shake it and it is ready for consumption. It is a very good method for those who have a stressful activity, which does not allow them to have meals at regular hours.
