Green smoothies are all the rage lately, but many recipes don’t contain enough protein. In this quick video, Registered Dietitian, Susan Bowerman uses Herbalife Formula 1 to make a delicious green smoothie that has extra fruit and vegetables with the perfect amount of protein. It’s an easy, yummy way to mix up your shakes!

Many of us don’t get enough fruits and vegetables in our diet, and the ones that are really good for us — such as leafy greens — aren’t something most of us eat on a regular basis. Just add a handful of baby spinach, a kiwi and some frozen pineapple to some lowfat milk and Herbalife Formula 1, vanilla flavor. It’s a great way to mix up your shakes, and have fun with different healthy add-ons!
