1 cup (125 g) of frozen carrots
1 tablespoon of raisins
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
2 tablespoons of non-fat cream cheese
1/8 teaspoon of black walnut extract
Combine all of the ingredients and blend until your shake is smooth. Serve immediately.
