Herbalife Chocolate Orange Shake Mix

1 cup (250 ml) of low fat milk or soy milk
2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1, Chocolate shake mix
1 fresh orange, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/4 teaspoon of orange extract (optional)

Combine all of the ingredients and blend until your Herbalife shake is smooth. Serve immediately.
