Really though, at first it was really hard to go off sugar. But now that my body has adjusted it’s just my way of life. I feel so empowered to finally have those sugar cravings under control.
And seriously, about the bloat and gas. I really started to believe that it was a normal part of life to ALWAYS feel gassy 🤦🏼♀️🤪. But I’m totally shocked that I have absolutely NO gas, NONE. Sorry if that’s TMI 😂 but you gotta know how much better my body is functioning and FEELING.
And as far as TIME goes, no more running to the store every few days to get fresh fruits and veggies (+ lots of celery for my daily celery juice). No more spending hours trying to create meals that includes all essential vitamins and nutrients. No more cleaning my juicer and all my other kitchen gadgets.
Now I just cook some meat in the slow cooker (outside so my house doesn’t smell like food all the time) over night and I’m good to go for a few days. Also I’m only eating about twice a day as opposed to having to eat every few hours, constantly feeling hungry.
